Nicolas Lecomte brings more than two decades of international experience in renewable energy to his role as General Manager of Pele Green Energy. His career began in Paris, where he contributed to the early expansion of renewables across France, Greece, and Canada. Since then, South Africa has become home.

In 2021, Nicolas introduced HDF Energy’s non-intermittent green power technology to Africa, establishing a development pipeline across multiple countries. Recognised for his collaborative leadership style, he is deeply committed to enabling collective success, empowering teams, and delivering long-term impact.

Nicolas holds a passion for innovation and operational excellence that aligns seamlessly with Pele’s transformation agenda. Outside of work, he is married to a Namibian and is a proud father, avid hiker, and adventurer—having most recently summited Mount Kilimanjaro.
